Archive Autorama '99 The annual M.H.R.A. Autorama was held at Cobo Hall in Downtown Detroit on the weekend of February 19-21, 1999. The Motor City Region of SAAC was invited to attend as guests of Ford Motor Company. The display was organized by club member Austin Craig. The display was in celebration of 35 consecutive years of Mustang production. Those members invited to participate were: Phil Jacobs with his '68 Shelby Trans Am Mustang; Tom Greene with his '66 Shelby GT350 Road Racer; Vito Campanero with his '67 GT500 with 427cid engine and George Huisman with his '99 Mustang GT. There were two other vehicles in the display, one being a Metallic Green production '99 Mustang and the other being a '68 GT500KR belonging to actor Tim Allen of Beverly Hills, Michigan.
