Name Change for the Mustang Museum!

Better late than never, just days before the official Ground Breaking Ceremony, we've made a name change from the "National Mustang Museum" to the "Mustang Owner's Museum".

When we first started the Mustang Museum project, we were thinking that we wanted a name that reflected the nation as a whole in the name. However, as the project has progressed, we've become acutely aware that the Mustang owners who we've talked to are wanting to be a part of the museum by offering their Mustangs, their Mustang collectables and their Mustang literature as potential museum displays.

In light of this, we decided that the name should reflect all Mustang owners, as it is our intention for all Mustang owners to feel a part of the museum. So as we said above, better late than never. Our name change comes just a few days before our first event, which is the official Ground Breaking Ceremony this weekend. Special thanks to the Mustang Team at Ford Motor Company who received our request and swiftly gave their approval to change the name to the "Mustang Owner's Museum"!

To us, this is a great step forward, allowing us to open up our arms to all Mustangs and their owners for their participation and support. We look forward to Mustang owners from all over the world to make the "Mustang Owner's Museum" the Mustang Clubhouse for our beloved Mustang!
