June of 2016
Spring has finally sprung! The M1 Concourse site is buzzing with activity.

April 18, 2016 -- A few key highlights:
Monument Sign
There's no mistaking what's happening on our property now. The image at
right is our new 25' tall monument sign which will be a permanent fixture
at the corner of Woodward and South Boulevard.
Our friends at Rochester Sign helped us translate our vision into reality
with a modern design that ties in perfectly with our Private Garage
architecture. Most exciting is that we have a state-of-the-art 6' x 12'
Watchfire LED Video Display where we can promote what is happening on the
property. We can even stream live views of the action on the Champion
Motor Speedway. Now we have to wait patiently for DTE to bring power down
South Blvd. to illuminate the sign. I'm confident you won't miss it as you
cruise up Woodward.
Private Garages
Units 1-10 are complete! We should have Certificates of Completion this
week and will begin delivering them to owners. The finished product is
beautiful and the interior volume is immense.
Track/Guard Rail/Tire Barriers
Guardrail installation continues around the track.
Over 3 miles of guardrail will soon be complete, with 20,000+
strategically placed tires. The track is scheduled to be paved in less
than a month.
Events/Rentals
We are now accepting reservations for track and skid-pad rentals after our
anticipated June 1 opening date. Car clubs, automotive brands and
suppliers have already reserved the facility this summer for track days,
testing, training and marketing events. We will have onsite catering and a
full stable of professional driving instructors. Please contact us if you
are interested in securing a date for your club or business. There is no
better place to conduct your next team building, customer entertainment,
executive offsite and/or employee reward event. Stay tuned for
announcements about our signature events and driving schools open to the
public.
